Client Profile
Gabriela Mistral, a division of Codelco, the largest copper producing company in the world, is the first mining company across the globe to produce 100% traceable copper cathodes and operate extraction trucks autonomously. It owns the world's largest known copper reserves and resources and is the engine of Chile's economy. Located in the Antofagasta region, Sierra Gorda commune, 120 kilometers southwest of Calama and 2,660 meters above sea level, the Gabriela Mistral deposit has a lifespan of 15 years with 620 million tons of oxidized material and an average grade of 0.41% copper.
